Federal University Of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) Frowns at Students Unruly Behavior Upon Completion of Semester Examinations.
The School management of Federal University of Technology, Owerri has frowned out over unruly celebration on completion of Examination,this has been found Paramount mostly among Final year students, this hasn't only resulted to blackmailing the school image, but it has caused a lot of damages,wounds & injuries.The school therefore warns the general public and most especially FUTO Students to stay clear as anybody or group found indulging in such act will face the repercussion & disciplinary action will be taken up on the person or group of persons.

I wish to draw the attention to the unruly excitements students now exhibit on completing their second semester examinations especially the final year. These excitements often degenerate to acts such as pouring on themselves liquids like water from sachets, drinks and even toxic chemicals.
This unruly behavior does not only leave the university premises littered with empty sachets of pure water but often results in some students finding themselves in the hospitals to the embarrassment of both the University Management and Parents/Guardians. This Jungle behavior cannot be tolerated in a civilized environment like ours.
The University Management has frowned at this ugly development and has therefore directed that it should be put to a stop immediately.
It sis therefore an offence for any student or group of students to celebrate at the end of any examination in this unruly manner and any student (s) caught will be severely dealt with.
Please let us keep our environment safe and clean.
