Authorities of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State
(MAPOLY) wishes to inform all candidates who have been offered
provisional admission for National Diploma Programme at Ogun State
Polytechnic, Ipokia, National Diploma Part-time and Higher National Diploma Full-time and Part-time candidates that the should accept their offer of
admission and proceed to their School Offices to commence their full
registration on or before Friday, 14th of January, 2022.

Below are the List of Documents should make available during the clearance signing.- Medical report and receipt
- Acceptance fee receipt (original signed one and 2photocopies)
- O’level result (original and 2photocopies)
- Passport (30copies or more). Note; u must use same passport.
- Birth certificate (original and 2photocopies)
- JAMB result (original and 2photocopies) for OND full time student
- statement of OND result for HND student
- I.T completion letter for HND students
- Transcript for HND student that did not do their OND in MAPOLY.
