Adeyemi College of Education Ondo (ACEONDO) Medical Clearance Operational Guidelines for Both Fresh and Returning Students for 2018/2019 Academic Session.
This is to inform all students that the registration process for the 2018/2019 rain semester is still ongoing. The portal is not yet closed.RECOMMENDED: ACEONDO Fees Payment & Registration Portal Deadline 2018/19 (FINAL).
The observed restriction on registration is to those that have not been medically cleared at the health centre.
ACEONDO Medical Clearance Operational Guidelines:
1. New students 100 level and 200 DE are to visit health centre for proper registration and after the health centre registration, their names and matric number will be enlisted and transferred to the health centre designated officer (or any defined staff as the case may be) who will clear them on the portal.2. 200 level to 400level including NCE II &III who have not also done the first step are to do likewise.
3. All categories of students in S/N 2 that have completed health centre registration before are to just go to the health centre with their cards to get their matric numbers enlisted to complete the online process in S/N 1.
4. Once students are cleared medically online, they can easily access their portal to register their courses. Otherwise, a red warning information display will appear on such students portal at the left top menu bar of their profile that such students cannot register because they are not medically cleared.
To this end, all students are advised to take note of this for strict compliance.
