Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) Job Advertisement and Recruitment for the Vacant Positions of Cleaner and Security Personnel in the University for November, 2019.

Applications are invited from reputable private cleaning and security companies for the Provision of security and cleaning services at Nasarawa State University, NSUK, Keffi.

SECURITY SERVICE

Requirements for Application 

1. Registration with Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDS) with current private guard license
2. Evidence of financial capability in the company's account.
3. Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
4. Evidence of 3 (three) years Tax Clearance Certificate from Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS).
5. Evidence of Registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
6. Court Affidavit
7. Letter of Attestation from 3 (three) Reputable Organization Indicating services rendered there.
8. Detailed company profile showing key staff and veritable experience.
9. Previous and successful engagement or experience in campus security Is an added advantage
10. A licensed company with NSCDC which includes the ARMS and DOGS section is an added advantage
11. Evidence of training school or ability to establish one in Keffi Area is an added advantage
12. The company must have ability to pay salaries of the operatives for a period of 3 (three) months without any financial support from the University.

CLEANING SERVICES

Requirements for Application 

1. Registration as a contractor with the University
2. Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
3. Evidence of 3 (three) years Tax Clearance Certificate from Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) 4. Registration with Environmental Health Officers Registration Council of Nigeria.
5. Registration with Environmental Health Provider Assodation of Nigeria.
6. Evidence of financial capability in the company's account.
7. Letter of Attestation from 3 (three) reputable organizations Indicating services rendered there.
8. Detailed company's profile showing key staff and verifiable experience.
9. Previous and successful engagement or experience in campus cleaning services is an added advantage.
10. The company must have ability to pay salaries of staff for a period of 3 (three) month without any finandal support from the University.
11. Applicants for Refuse Disposal Services MUST posses a functional and well equipped Refuse disposal van.
