Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic (NUBA POLY) Online Registration Guidelines and Procedures, Payment of School Fees & T-SHIP for Fresh and Returning Students for 2020/2021 Academic Session.
This is to inform all students of the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic that the management has released the registration guidelines for the 2020/2021 academic session.
The Management of NUHU BAMALLI POLYTECHNIC ZARIA, wish to inform
all FRESH AND RETURNING STUDENTS of the institution that their REGISTRATION will commence UPON RESUMPTION.
The students are to pay their T-SHIP
First before paying their Registration fees. T-SHIP payment should done online or at any bank Nation wide.
Latest Update: All students who are interested in getting accommodation should apply through the portal and make payment immediately after payment of school fees (either full or 40%) to enable you pay for accommodation as the limited spaces available will be base on first come first serve.
Payment must be online not to any individual.
NUBA Poly Registration Guidelines 2020/2021 | Fresh & Returning Students
FRESH STUDENTS
Step 1- Registration
- Applicants who applied to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic can check their admission status by a click on the "Check admission" link to check for admission status.
- NUBA Poly NCE, ND PT, ND II, Diploma & IJMB Admission List
- NUBA Poly ND Admission List
- Nuhu Bamalli Poly HND Admission List
- If you are successful, then print your admission notification and proceed to your department for academic screening.
- After academic screening, proceed to make payment for Acceptance Fee using any of the available options (Online payment or Bank branch payment).
- If your payment is successful, you would be required to choose a password to open your school account.
- If your account is opened, click on "printable" link, print your acceptance slip and proceed to your School for administrative screening (JAMB applicants are required to bring along, JAMB admission letter).
- After administrative screening, open your account again, click on "printable" link and print your original admission letter.
- While logged into your school account, generate your fees schedule and invoices to make payment using any of the available options (Online payment or Bank branch payment), then print your payment receipts and proceed to course registration.
Step 2- Course Registration
- After Registration steps above are successful, click student information link, provide all the necessary information.
- Click on course registration to do your course registration.
- Click on printable to print your original admission letter, Personal data form'A', Course data form 'C' (course registration form).
- Print all relevant document and submit to registry and your department to complete your documentation.
RETURNING STUDENTS
Follow the below steps carefully in other to Pay your SCHOOL/TISHIP FEES, APPLY FOR HOSTEL, COURSE REGISTRATION (FORM C) , ID CARD REQUEST etc.Step 1: Logon to nubapoly.net and select students menu
Step 2: Select Returning Students Menu and input your registration number without /// eg. NMAC180000, then you will get a message (Check your email for activation link)
Step 3: Logon to your email used for registration i.e application form
Step 4: Click on the sent link and then create a password.
NOTE: Use a unique password you can't forget for it will be used to subsequently login into your profile for other services like hostel accommodation request and payment, ID application, course registration etc..
Step 5: Generate TISHIP payment slip and go to any BANK BRANCH Nationwide to pay for TISHIP fee of 2,200 (Make sure to fill two separate teller slips, one of 200 for commission and 2,000 for TISHIP fee.
Step 6: Logon back to profile with unique password and confirm TISHIP payment... Then generate SCHOOL FEES payment slip and go any bank to pay for SCHOOL FEES or ONLINE PAYMENT.
Step 7: After payment, print Payment Acknowledgment Slip, and do your Course Registration in order to print FORM C.... And those interested in staying in the Hostel can apply and pay via their PROFILE.
