This is to inform all newly admitted students of the Gombe State University (GSU) that they are to follow the outlined guidelines and procedures to ensure a smooth registration process and collection of their admission letters for the 2022/2023 academic session.

GSU Registration Exercise & Online Printing of Admission Letter Guidelines 2022/2023 [Newly Admitted Students]
A. ONLINE PRINTING OF ADMISSION LETTER:
All Candidates who have been offered provisional admission at 100L & 200L into the various Degree programmes indicated against their names are advised to immediately print out a copy oftheir University Admission Letter through the following procedure:
- 1. Visit the University website www.gsu.edu.ng.
- 2. Click on the "Registration" module link and select "Undergraduate".
- 3. Use your JAMB No. as your "username" and "gsu2022" as your default password in
- the login request region.
- 4. Click on "Print Admission Letter" to print out University Admission Letter and Registration Procedure.
B. REGISTRATION GUIDELINE
- Visit the University website www.gsu.edu.ng
- Click on the "Registration" link and select "Undergraduate".
- Use your JAMB No. as your "username" and "gsu2022" as your default password in the login request region.
- Once you successfully login, you are required to COMPLETE your personal PROFILE information.
- Afterwards, click on the "Pay Registration Fee" link, and select the PAY option of your choice e.g Bank Branch or online payment.
- After you have successfully made your payment, go back to STEP 3.0 above, to access your Registration details Form (CAUTION: print the form or note the details of the form, for further action in STEP 7 below).
- You can now use the NEW Registration No. you obtained in STEP 6.0 above as your "username" and the default password "gsu2022", as your password to login again and change the default password.
- Once you have successfully logged into your personal page again, click on the "Courses Registration" link to register your Courses.
NB: Core Courses are automatically registered first before Elective Courses. Also, the Total Credit Units to be registered cannot exceed the Maximum of 24 Units per Semester.
C. COLLECTION & SUBMISSION OF GREEN FILE & OATH FORM SCHEDULE
This is to inform newly matriculated students (100level and DE) that collection and submission of Green File and Oath form to the Academic Office (Student Academic Record) is compulsory.
All affected students shall submit their file between Monday 12th -Friday 16 September, 2022;
Please adhere strictly to this instruction within the time frame.
