University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) Clearance Documents Required from Freshers / Newly Admitted UTME and Direct Entry Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session.

This is to inform all candidates offered admission into University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) via UTME and DE that they are to take note of the following documents for 2019/2020 admission clearance exercise.

UNN Clearance Documents Requirements 2019/2020 [Freshers]

• O’level Result
• JAMB Result Slip (Please note it must not be the original result)
• UNN Post UTME Result Slip
• Admission Notification Slip.
• Acceptance Form/Acceptance of Admission
• School Fees Receipt
• Local Government Identification Letter.
• Birth Certificate/Affidavit/Age Declaration Certificate/Affidavit/Baptismal Card.
• Student Profile Update (Student biodata form)
• Letter of Attestation
• Letter of Undertaking

NOTE:

• Make 3 Photocopy of each of the above mentioned documents and get an office flat file for each of them.
• Your O’LEVEL and JAMB result must not be original.
• For medical students, the venue for your clearance is Ekpo ref. in UNN. While for other courses, your venue is your faculty office.
• After the submission of your first file, you will be given another file with forms to fill.
• Finally, after few days, your school Registration number appears in your profile. To check it, just login to the student portal and click on profile >> student profile details.
