Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG) Hostel Accommodation / Allocation of Bed Spaces Portal Guidelines and Procedures for all Freshers and Returning (100 Level to 400 Level) Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session.
This is to inform all the 100 and 400 level students of the Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG) who wish to seek for accommodation on campus that, screening and allocation of bed spaces will commence on Monday 20th January, 2020.Students are to follow the Procedure outlined below for successful hostel allocation of bed spaces:
BASUG Accommodation / Allocation of Bed Spaces Guidelines 2019/2020
- Student should present evidence of payment of his/her school fees and a copy of passport photograph to the Student Affairs Orwsion for authorization
- Obtain clearance of payment of bed space /slip) from Student Affairs Division.
- Make Payment of hostel fees (010,00000) at bank through REMITA.
- Present evidence of payment at the bursary for authentication.
- Then, proceed to hall warden for clearance and allocation of bed space.
NOTE: Payment before authorization is not allowed and will not be refunded.
