FCET Potiskum Registration Guidelines 2019/2020 [FRESHMEN]

Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum. (FCE Technical, Potiskum) Registration Guidelines and Procedures for Freshers/Newly Admitted Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session. 

This is to inform all newly admitted candidates of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum. (FCE Technical, Potiskum) that the management has released the registration guidelines for 2019/2020 academic session.

All students are to proceed with the registration exercise immediately as outlined below:

FCET Potiskum Registration Guidelines 2019/2020 [Newly Admitted Students]


Please read the instructions in the general guidelines carefully before you proceed
  • Click on personal data and update your biodata information (kindly note, the email is a most during updating your personal data)
  • Click on the Academic data under schools attended with dates, click on “Add school” to add your secondary schools attended with dates
  • Also click on “Add subject” to add (subjects, grade, exam and month/year you sat for the exam)
  • Under entry qualification(s) kindly select your examination body
  • Go back and click on Instructions under general guidelines please follow the procedure starting from serial number one (1) to serial number fourteen (14)


FCET Potiskum Screening Registration Guidelines (for Admitted Students only)

  • Ensure that all information provided on your online Personal/Academic Data forms are completely filled, as this is required for subsequent screening.
  • Under "Printouts" tab Click and print your "Undertaking Against Cultism (Form FCE/01)" if you are yet to do so.
  • Under "Payments" tab, click "Generate Fee" button to generate your payment entry for "Screening Fee".
  • Copy or print the "Transaction Slip" that contain the"RRR Code" and take with you to any of the designated banks to make payment or Visit http://www.remita.net...Click Pay an Invoice
  • Return to the online portal, login, click print transaction slip, and click on Confirm payment (if it is NOT YET confirmed) to verify and update the status of that payment.
  • Once payment is confirmed, under "Printouts or Payments" tab, print your "Acceptance of Offer of Provisional Admission (Form FCE/02)", and "Offer of Provisional Admission".
  • Proceed for "Screening".
  • On successful Screening, return to the online Portal, under "Payments" tab, click "Generate Fee" button to generate your payment entry for "1st School Fees".
  • Copy or print the "Transaction Slip" that contain the"RRR Code" and take with you to any of the designated banks to make payment or Visit http://www.remita.net...Click Pay an Invoice
  • Return to the online portal, login, click print transaction slip, and click on Confirm payment (if it is NOT YET confirmed) to verify and update the status of that payment.
  • Under "Printouts" tab Click and print your "Matriculation Oath form Form FCE/07". Sign it and Provide it on the day of Matriculation
  • At this stage you will have your "Matriculation Number" displayed on your screen. This will serve as your Username and Password on the main portal.
  • If you require "Accommodation", Generate a Transaction ID/RRR code for "Accommodation Charges on the main portal under List my Fees ". After payment, return to confirm it on the portal and print out your receipt.
  • Proceed to "Screening Office" to have your passport photo taken and uploaded. 

 

FCET Potiskum Screening Exercise Requirements for all Newly Admitted Students [FRESHMEN]

  • Applicants are expected to come along with the following to the Screening venue:
  • A signed copy of Undertaking Against Cultism (Form FCE/01)
  • A signed copy of Acceptance of Offer of Provisional Admission (Form FCE/02)
  • Jamb Admission Letter
  • Original and Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
  • Original and Photocopy of O\'Level certificates/Statement of Results (WAEC/NECO/SSCE)
  • Two Passport photographs
  • Certificate of indigeneship/Citizenship from your Local Government Area.
  • Letter of Reference from a person of reputable standing in the society vouching for your good behaviour 

 

Applicants should Note:

  • You are advised to clear with the Academic Office before proceeding to the Bank to pay Tuition Fees.
  • You must update your personal Data form before any payment.
  • Bank draft and Cash payment will not be accepted.
  • Before generating a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) please ensure that your email address has been updated
