I am directed to notify all IAUE students who are interested in securing university accommodation that the hostel allocation / accomodation application portal for the 2021/2022 academic session is now open.
IAUE Hostel Accommodation & Allocation Application Guidelines 2021/2022 | Undergraduate & Postgraduate Students
This is to notify all IAUE students who are interested in securing university accommodation that the hostel accommodation / online allocation portal is now open. All interested students should pay the sum of N500.00 (Five Hundred Naira) for UNDERGRADUATE students and N1000.00 (One Thousand Naira) for POSTGRADUATE students ONLINE.
Please note that the university has limited number of bed spaces, therefore this exercise will be based on first come first served.
Successful applicant must pay their accommodation fee online to avoid the error of omission.
KINDLY NOTE THAT:
With effect from 4th January, 2022 all hostel allocation to students would be done fully on-line in the University portal and the following procedures should be duely followed:
1. Students should book on-line to indicate their interest that they need to be accommodated In the hostels.
2. Those who have booked and whose names have been shortlisted should go online and pay their hostel fees.
3. Those who have paid their hostel fees and have not booked should go on-line and book
4. Those students who have been allocated hostel on-line, should begin and print allocation slip and take to the porters/portresses for clearance
5. The final stage of this process before accessing the facilities is to be cleared by porters/Portresses to be allowed entry into their spaces)
6. All students are advised to comply strict with all rules and regulations as stated in the rules and regulations handbook.
