KUST Wudil Registration Guidelines 2020/2021 [UPDATED]

Kano University Of Science and Technology (KUST) Registration Guidelines and Procedures for Fresh and Returning Students for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

The Management of the Kano University Of Science and Technology (KUST) Wudil has released the registration guidelines and procedures for students for the 2020/2021 academic session.

KUST Registration commences from Monday 25th January, 2021 and ends on Thursday, 22nd July, 2021.

Latest Update: This is to inform all the students that failed to register for the 2020/2021 academic session, that the University Management has approved the reopening of Portal for them to pay their registration fees from Monday 28th June to Thursday, 22nd July, 2021.

Henceforth, failure to comply/register within the stipulated period will result/lead to an inactive account of any affected students.

KUST Registration Guidelines and Procedures for 2020/2021 Session


After successful screening at the department, check your email for your username and password to login to student portal.
  • Step 1: Visit www.kuswudil.edu.ng and click on STUDENT LOGIN
  • Step 2: Enter your username and password you earlier received in your email
  • Step 3: After successful login: Click on Finance Menu to Print your Fees Schedule
  • Step 4: Proceed to Payment of Registration Fee using any of the options: Online using ATM/Transfer/USSD or Pay Direct at the Bank
  • Step 5: After Successful Payment, update your bio-data. Ensure to upload photo of size not more than 30KB and it must be passport photo.
  • Step 6: Proceed to course registration

  • 1. Log in – www.student.kustwudil.edu.ng
  • 2. Online Registration – USING INVOICE
    • a. Click on FINANCE and select PAYMENT
    • b. Select Bank: This allows you to generate invoice. Click on Generate Invoice button to proceed.
    • Note: Make a bank transfer to the account number generated on the invoice.
  • 3. Online using card or live bank transfer
    • Click on Make Payment, Gateway page will open. Once payment is completed, proceed to print your payment receipt.
  • 4. Payment of Faculty, Departmental and Course fees
    • Once you pay your registration you can go ahead to pay your faculty, departmental and association charges via the system.
    • GO TO FINANCE MENU – CLICK ON PAYMENTS – ONLINE
    • Course payment is only applicable to the following courses:
    • a. CSC1 301
    • b. GST Courses
    • c. Physics Practical
    • d. Chemistry practical
    • e. Biology
    • f. Entrepreneur

NB:
  • All payment of any methods should be completed no later than 12th May, 2021 to avoid a late fee penalty (N5,000)
  • 15th February – Thursday, 22nd July, 2021 – Late Registration; Penalty of (N5,000.00) will be imposed for any registration made during this period.
  • Thursday, 22nd July, 2021 – Portal closed
  • Thursday, 22nd July, 2021 – Termination process; Action to be taken by the University against a student who failed to register
  • ONGOING– Add & Drop
