Mortgage Training Institute Nigeria (MIN) Professional Membership Grades Admission Form, Admission Requirements, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2020/2021.
Applications are invited from qualified persons for admission into the Mortgage Institute Nigeria Professional Membership Grades as follows:FELLOW — (FMI)
To be eligible for the fellowship of the institute a candidate shall:
(a) Be a fit and proper person both in Character and learning, exemplified by distinguished achievement within and/or outside the field of mortgage management.
(b) Have been a senior member of the Institute for a minimum period of five (5) years preceding his/her consideration for fellowship.
(c) Be an active participant in the activities of the Institute at national, Zonal or branch level.
(d) Be up-to-date in the payment of his/her annual membership subscription and development levy.
GRADUATE MEMBER (GMI)
Applicant must possess first degree or Its equivalent with at least 1 year work experience.
SENIOR MEMBER (SMI)
Applicant must possess postgraduate degree Si any fed from a recognized university with at least 10 years working experience or first degree or its equivalent with 14 years working experience.
MEMBER — (MMI)
Applicant mug possess first degree or its equivalent with at least 8 years working experience.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER (AMI)
Applicant must possess first degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years working experience.

Professionals such as Legal practitioners, Bankers, Service personnel, Accountants, Investment financiers, business executives, entrepreneurs, diplomats, political office holders, policy makers, arbitrators/Mediators, business people and public administrators, in-house solicitors, economists, finance houses and real Estate practitioners.BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES
