The Governing Council of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University (UDUSOK) at its 159th meeting has approved the Splitting of Faculties of Science and Arts and Islamic Studies.Nomenclatures of the new Faculties (from the splitting) and their departmental compositions are as follows:
