COVID-19: University of Ibadan (UI) Launches Online Learning Platform for Fresh/Newly Admitted Undergraduate Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session | See How to Access UI Online Learning Platform for Newly Admitted UG Students.

This is to inform all newly admitted undergraduate students of the University of Ibadan (UI) that in line with the directives of the Federal Government on the resumption of schools online, the management has launched an online learning portal for all fresh students containing educational resources to keep the students engaged during the lock-down period due to the ravaging corona virus pandemic.

The University has also made provisions for some learning resources to keep you intellectually engaged during this period of the COVID-19 lockdown.

We have also provided resources on general physical wellness. Please be free to explore.

UI Online Learning Platform Guidelines for Fresh Students 2019/2020

1. The resources can be accessed. using the URL below (click on or copy & paste to a browser).

2. Below is the first screen you will see

3. After clicking on ‘Log in’, you will see the screen below:

4. Your Username is your JAMB registration number. Ensure that the letters are in lowercases, e.g. 90001111yz

5. Your initial Password is New2020@UI

6. You will be prompted to change the password to proceed. The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit, at least 1 lower case letter, at least 1 upper case letter and at least 1 non-alphanumeric character: e.g. AM4wonder*

7. If you have any difficulty to log in, kindly send an email to [email protected] indicating your JAMB registration number and surname in the message.

Note: Log in details may be reviewed when you officially commence your studies in UI.
