(1st), Second [2nd], Third (3rd) Term Resumption Date for 2024/2025
Academic Session.
The Bayelsa State Government has announced Monday 6th January, 2025 as the official resumption date for public, private tertiary, secondary and primary schools in the state for the commencement of Second (2nd) term academic activities for 2024/2025 academic session
The date for resumption of all schools in the state both Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools for the 2024/2025 Academic session is Monday 6th January, 2025.
The government wishes to use this medium to warn all Private School Proprietors in the habit of altering Government approved calendars to stop forthwith as Government will no longer condone such indiscriminate practice.
All stakeholders in the Education sector are also charged to remain vigilant and ensure strict adherence to all school safety regulations.
