Lead City University (LCU), Oyo State Online Examination Dates (Time-Table) and Continuation of Online Lectures for Second (2nd) Semester, 2019/2020 Academic Session | Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Students.
The Management of the Lead City University has announced the dates for the commencement of online examination and continuation of online lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students for second (2nd) semester, 2019/2020 academic session.Considering the prolong incident of the corona virus pandemic and uncertainty regarding the time that it will be considered suitable to open educational institutions for continuation of Academic Activities for the current academic session.
To this end, it have been decided that online lectures, which have commenced since March, should continue for another two weeks from Monday, 22nd June, 2020 to Friday, 3rd July, 2020.
Online examination for the second semester should follow immediately after the examination from Monday 13th July 2020.
All students should note that while the lock-down due to the Covid-19 pandemic persists, virtual teaching and learning will continue online across all levels in all departments in the university.
RECOMMENDED: Lead City University School Fees Payment Deadline 2019/2020.
If, for whatever reason, you are not already aware of this, please contact your HOD for appropriate links to your lectures, class discussions, assignments, term papers and the like.
Latest Update: Dear Lead City University student,
The link : http://portal.leadcityuniversity.com/portal/ is to enable all fully paid up students to update their records with LCU Centre for e-learning. These updated records are crucial for the upcoming online examinations.
The portal is working fine and the majority of our students have successfully uploaded their details. Only those who have paid all their fees will be able to access the portal. The portal is open until July 3rd, 2020.
Students experiencing difficulties should check any of their network connection, their browser settings or their device settings. The surname/password is not case sensitive and the phone number should be entered without +234, it should start with ‘0’.
Please note:
Students who have not paid their fees or who are yet to complete payment, should pay to any of the University’s accounts and send proof of payment to the fees office on either of these numbers:

If you are not sure what your balance is, you can also find out from them.
If you were issued a Matriculation number but have misplaced it, please contact the Registration unit on 08077653424 . Using WhatsApp only, send your full name, surname first, your department and level and they will send you your Matriculation number.

Lead City University Online Exam Dates (Time-Table) for 2nd Semester 2019/2020 Session.
This is to inform you that approval Ms been granted by the Senate of the University's to extend e-exam for all students.In view of this, the online examination is scheduled to hold as follows:
1. Faculty of Engineering & Technology - 13th - 17th July, 2020
2. Faculty of Law - 20th - 24th July, 2020
3. Faculty of Environment, Management & Social Sciences - 27th - 31st July, 2020
4. Faculty of Education - 3rd - 7th August, 2020
5. Faculty of Basic Medical & Applied Sciences - 3rd - 7th August, 2020
6. Postgraduate online Exam - 10th - 21st August, 2020
7. Summer Exams - To be communicated.
Moreover, the following decisions were made by senate.
• Only students who have Completed their payments would he allowed to sit for the e-exams
• List of eligible students will be posted on the students Whatsapp platform latest by Friday 28th June, 2020 which will be updated from time to time.
• Students will be given opportunity to write an online Mock Examination which will also form part of their Continuous Assessment before the stipulated date of examination for each Faculty.
• Extremely Late Registration: The extremely late registration for 2019/2020 second semester academic session has been waived. This decision was made on compassionate grounds in order to cushion the effect of the financial constraints caused by the lock-down on many parents.
• Late registration was already due and being paid before the lockdown.
• SIWES: On the issue of SIWES, please be informed that Senate will take a decision on this matter after the lock-down.
• 2019/2020 First Semester Online Examination Results: The online platform for release of examination results will be ready by Wednesday 1st July, 2020.
