National Open University (NOUN) Online Admission Screening / Documents Verification Guidelines for all Fresh/Newly Admitted Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Students for 2022/2023 Academic Session.
The management of the National Open University (NOUN) has approved the commencement for the online screening exercise and verification of documents for all fresh/newly admitted undergraduate and postgraduate students for the 2022/2023 academic session

NOUN Admission Screening & Documents Verification Guidelines 2022/2023 | UG & Postgraduate

The management of the National Open University Of Nigeria has created a portal for credentials verification of applicants that have obtained NOUN provisional admission letter.

NOUN applicants are required to upload their credentials for screening as follow:-

NB: NOUN Documents verification fee is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) Only.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS (UNDERGRADUATE APPLICANTS)

All Applicants seeking undergraduate admission into the National Open University Of Nigeria are instructed to upload the following documents:
1. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
2. O-Level Certificate(s)
3. ND/HND/First Degree Certificates for Direct Entry
4. Registered Nurse Licence (for Nursing Programmes)
5. CHO/CHEW Certificate (for Public Health Programme)
6. Registered Midwifery/Medical Laboratory License (for Environmental Health Programme)
7. NOUN Admission Letter
8. NYSC Certificate (if available)
9. Passport-size photograph

PROCEDURE FOR UPLOADING YOUR CREDENTIALS

  • Scan each document in colour (both sides if necessary)
  • Save all scanned documents into a single PDF file
  • Ensure that the PDF file is clear and NOT bigger than 2MB in size

Postgraduate applicants seeking admission into NOUN are instructed to upload the following documents:-

5. NOUN Admission Letter
6. Passport-size photograph
