Plateau State University (PLASU) Bokkos Collection of Certificates and Convocation Booklets Procedures, Guidelines and Requirements for all Graduands.
Following the successful combined virtual convocation of the University on Saturday, 15/08/2020, Graduands are hereby further notified of the commencement of collection of their certificates as follows:A) Graduands of 2015/2016 Academic Session - to commence the collection of their certificates as from Monday, 24th August, 2020 (NOT 17th August as earlier announced)
B) Graduands of 2016/2017 Academic Session - to start the collection of their certificates as from Monday, 31st August, 2020.
C) Graduands of 2017/2018 Academic Session - to start the collection of their certificates as from Monday, 7th September, 2020.
D) Collection of certificates and convocation booklets will be subject to the payment of ten thousand naira and verification of same by the Bursary as earlier advertised.
E) Collection of certificates will be at the Academic Affairs Division of the Registry Department.
F) Both the confirmation of payment at the Bursary and the collection of certificates from the Academic Affair Office will be based on strict compliance to the Covid-19 safety protocols(of wearing face mask, social/physical distancing, washing of hands with soap and running water/use of hand sanitisers, etc)
All are required to comply accordingly, please.
