(i) Soft Copy:

It is a form of digital document file saved on a computer or drive. It is an electronic version of any document not printed on paper. A user cannot touch the soft copy because it is virtual.


(ii) Hard copy:

It is a printed form of a digital document file from a computer on paper or any other material that may be transparent. It may be a photograph, text, drawing, or other types of printable files. They exist as physical objects, and we can touch them.


(iii) WWW:

This means World Wide Web. It is an information space where documents and other web resources can be accessed through the Internet using a web browser. It is used as a service to retrieve information from a user by using a client-server architecture.


(iv) HTTP:

This simply means Hypertext Transfer Protocol. It is part of the Internet protocol suite and defines commands and services used for transmitting webpage data. HTTP uses a server-client model.

To apply a border in Microsoft Word, go to Design - Page Borders. Make selections for how you want the border to look. To adjust the distance between the border and the edge of the page, select Options. Make your changes and select OK. This gives a border around the page or a border around the text on the page.
