The Taraba State Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education has released the Public and Private [Primary and Secondary Schools] 1st, 2nd & 3rd Term Dates/Academic Calendar for 2021/2022 Academic Session.
Taraba State Schools Academic Calendar 2021/2022 | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Term Dates
FIRST TERM
- Resumption: Monday 6th September, 2021 - Friday 10th December, 2021 (14 Weeks)
- Vacation: Saturday 11th December, 2021 - Sunday 9th January, 2022 (4 Weeks)
SECOND TERM
- Resumption: Monday 10th January, 2022 - Friday 8th April, 2022 (13 Weeks)
- Vacation: Saturday 9th April, 2022 - Sunday 1st May, 2022 (4 Weeks)
THIRD TERM
- Resumption: Monday 2nd May, 2022 - Friday 29th July, 2022 (13 Weeks)
- Vacation: Saturday 30th July, 2022 - Sunday 11th September, 2022 (6 Weeks)
NOTE:
- All National Public Holidays are to be strictly observed by public and private schools as may be directed by Federal or State Government.
- Boarding Schools are to resume on Sundays while Days Schools are to resume on Mondays
- All Principals, Headmasters/Headmistresses and Owners of both Private and Public Schools are to adhere to the provisions of the school calendar
- No public or private school should therefore close early or resume later or go on mid-term break without the approval of the State Ministry of Education.
- First Term 2021/2022 academic session begins on Monday 6th September, 2021.
