Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Notice to all Fresh / Newly Admitted Students on Commencement of Registration Exercise for the 2019/2020 Academic Session.
This is to inform all fresh students of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) that the portal for registration has been enabled for the 2019/2020 academic session.
It would be recalled that based on the Senate Approved Academic Calendar, the 2018/2019 Academic Session officially ended on Thursday March 5th, 2020. The corona virus pandemic and the attendant guidelines issued by the Federal Government did not allow the re-opening of schools, higher institution inclusive.
However, based on the recent and very positive developments in the management of the pandemic and the directives of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 as well as the National Universities Commission, the Vice-Chancllor, on behalf of Senate, has approved the opening of the University Registration portal for fresh students to commence registration formalities for the 2019/2020 academic session with effect from Monday 12th October, 2020.
Consequent on the above, fresh students are hereby informed of the commencement of registration formalities for the 2019/2020 academic session with effect from Monday 12th October, 2020.
