Entry Requirement
- Five (5) Credit Grade in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings in Mathematics, Physics, Further Mathematics, Geography or Food & Nutrition and a Credit in English Language is required for all.
- Five (5) Credit in an NBTE recognized Preliminary National Diploma Course offered in any recognized Polytechnic or similar Post Secondary Technical Institution. These Credit Grade must include Mathematics and any three (3) of the subjects listed in (i) above. Candidates must in addition obtain at least a pass in English Language.
- Certificate in Computer Science Application offered by the Taraba State Polytechnic or any recognized institution and 3 passes in SSCE, NECO, NABTEB Examination. These subjects must include Mathematics, English and any of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics or Commerce
B. DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 2 years
Entry Requirement
- Four Credit level Grade in GCE ‘O’ Level or SSCE at not more than two sittings. The four subjects must include English Language and Mathematics with any two of the following: Economics or Commerce; Geography, Chemistry and Physics.
- Five Credit level Grade in a NABTEB examination. The subjects must include English, Mathematics and any two other relevant subjects at not more than two sittings
- Certificate in Computer Science of Taraba State Polytechnic (or its equivalent) with a CGPA of not less than 2.0 and at least 3 passes in SSCE or GCE, NECO or NABTED. The subjects must include English and Mathematics and any other.
C. CERTIFICATE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE (CCS) 1 Year
