This is to inform the general public that the Academic Board of College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto (CONMSOKOTO) has approved the sales of forms for 2022/2023 Academic Session into the following programmes;
RECOMMENDED: College of Nursing Sciences Tambuwal (CONSTAMBUWAL) Admission Form.
AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES
- General Nursing Programme
- Basic Midwifery Programme.
The sale of admission form is going to start from 12th December, 2022 and ends 23rd December, 2022.
Admission Requirements
Application must possess five credit at not more than two sitting in the following subjects; English language, mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology from NECO or WAEC.Method of Application
All intrested Applicants should obtain payment invoice through the College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Website/Portal via http://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng/confirm-form-payment.php.
Forms are available online at the cost of seven thousand (N7,000) Excluding charges.
