Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osura [Akwa Ibom Poly] Important Notice to all Newly Admitted ND 1 Students on Payment of Acceptance Fee, Screening / Clearance Exercise and School Fees Payment for 2022/2023 Academic Session.

The authorities of the Akwa lbom State Polytechnic, lkot Osurua, wish to inform all the above-mentioned students that they should proceed to their respective departments for necessary documentation, payment of acceptance fee, screening and subsequent school fees payment.


RECOMMENDED: Akwa Ibom Poly ND Full-Time Admission List 2022/2023.

The Authorities of the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic lkot Osurua wish to remind the above mentioned candidates of the need to exercise the option to either accept or decline the offer of admission to them, failing which such offer of admission being provisional will lapse irretrievably.

Akwa Ibom Poly Acceptance Fee Payment Guidelines 2022/2023

  • Kindly log on to AKWAIBOM POLY Portal via https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng/
  • Login to the Portal with your username and password
  • Click the ACCEPTANCE menu and select “Acceptance Invoice”
  • Select the Session from the drop-down option and Click on Submit menu to generate your payment invoice
  • Print your invoice and proceed to any bank to pay using your RRR Payment code on the invoice.
  • Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, MasterCards.
  • After successful payment in the bank or online
  • Click the “ACCEPTANCE” menu and select “Pay Acceptance fee”
  • Click the Print Acknowledgment slip to get your Acceptance fee e-receipt


Thereafter, the Candidates who have successfully accepted the offer, are expected to obtain Authority to Pay slip, Fee Schedule and proceed to the banks designated for purposes of fee payment.

The candidates/students are to effect school fee payment immediately, failing which defaulting candidates/students will pay the prescribed surcharge. If the default continues after a reasonable time from date of offer of admission then such candidates/students shall be deemed to have rejected the offer of admission abinitio.

Please, endeavor to comply and treat this information as urgent.

Meanwhile, Lectures have since commenced for all ND programmes and as a consequent, all concerned are to attend such lectures promptly, while still regularising their studentship.
