ADSU Notice on Refund of Extra Bed Space Charges

Adamawa State University (ADSU) Important Notice to all Students on Operation Refund Extra Bed Space Charges within Fort-Eight (48) Hours.

The Management of the Adamawa State University (ADSU) wishes to inform all students that sales of bed spaces are highly prohibited by the School Management. Therefore, all students who have sold or purchased a bed space other than fifteen thousand naira (N15,000) should refund to the buyer the extra charges allocated to the basic fees within forty eight (48) hours i.e on or before 4:00pm on Monday 15th February, 2021.


More so, he/she should notify the management through the Students' Union Government formally (in written alongside attachment of photocopies of the accommodation policy) at the S.UG Secretariat (behind MPH) about such transaction which also affects Swapping of hostel/bed space.

Failure to do so will lead to the loss of ownership of the bed space for both the buyer and the seller.

Henceforth, before the sales or buying of any bed space, approval for such must be acquired formally at the Students Affairs Unit and the price must be N15,000.
