Eligibility
The preliminary programmes of Ahman Pategi University are available to applicants from all over Nigeria, though applicants from the North Central States of Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nassarawa, Niger, Plateau, and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, will be accorded priority.Admission Requirements
a. Faculty of Humanities, Social and Management Sciences:
Applicants must pass five subjects at Credit level at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB and should include the major subjects of study. While a minimum of Credit grades in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for eventual admission into any degree program of Ahman Pategi University, applicants to the pre-degree programmes who do not have Credit passes may apply as they will be required to pay for the subjects subsequently. Two of the five subjects must be from Arts while the other three subjects may be from the Social Sciences.
b. Faculty Sciences and Computing: Applicants must pass and have Credit grades in English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC/NECO and NABTEB. Those who do not have their Credit grades may also apply but they will be required to pass them before they are admitted into the degree programmes.
General Conditions
• Candidates who want to study Cyber Security and Computer Engineering must obtain Credit grades in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
• Candidates MUST sit the 2022/2023 JAMB/UTME with relevant subject combinations in any programmes in either Humanities or Sciences MUST obtains the minimum of 140 UTME approved cut-off point by Ahman Pategi University.

The venue of the pre-degree and degree program is Ahman Pategi University's main campus Patigi, Kwara State.
Method of Application
Qualified candidates should choose APU as the first choice of institution on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
