Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) Certificate Screening and Verification Exercise Dates, Time and Venue for Fresh/Newly Admitted National Diploma (ND) & Higher National Diploma (HND) Students for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

The management of the Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) has announced that all ND & HND candidates that participated in the 2021/2022 academic session screening exercise to appear for certificate screening/verification exercise.

All prospective students who participated in the UTME exams are to go to their various departments for their result verification from 10th January, 2022.

ND VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Application Form
  • O/L Certificate/Statement Of Result;
  • Local Government Of Origin;
  • Birth Certificate;
  • JAMB Slip;
  • Post UTME Form Receipt;
  • 3 Passport photograph


RECOMMENDED: Oghara Poly Admission List 2021/2022.

HND VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. O/Level Result & ND Statement of Result
2. HND Screening Acknowledgement Form.
3. Receipt of payment of form.
4. Birth certificate/ Age declaration.
5. Certificate of Local Govt. of origin.
6. Two (2) recent Passport photograph.
7. JAMB Admission letter or JAMB Regularization form

KINDLY NOTE:

  • All candidates are expected to upload their O/L result to JAMB portal
  • Candidates who missed the first UTME exams are to participate in the next exercise.
  • Candidates who are successful in their Certificate/result verification are expected to immediately proceed to pay their school fees.
