Lagos State Scholarship Board (LSSB) is Set to Award Four Hundred and Sixteen (416) Scholarship and Bursary Beneficiaries of hHer Scholarship Scheme for the 2018/2019 Academic Session.
It is no gainsaying that it is no longer business as usual at the Lagos State Scholarship Board upon the assumption of office of a new helmsman; a braced, witty, cerebral and capacious administrator – Mr Omotayo Fakolujo.
Mr Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo- Olu, in fulfillment of the Education and Technology pillars of the T.H.E.M.E.S. Agenda for a greater Lagos has entrusted the leadership of the Lagos State Scholarship Board with fulfilling the mandate of the Board and is presently prioritizing a herculean task of clearing the backlog of payments.
The Board has also set the ball rolling for new beneficiaries through the sales of forms, noting that there was a halt on sales of forms after the 2018/2019 session.
In view of the aforementioned, the Lagos State Scholarship Board is set to present award letters to the 416 beneficiaries of her scholarship scheme on Thursday, 15 April 2021 while restating the commitment to pay students under the bursary scheme.
