Niger State College of Education (COE), Minna in Affiliation with Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) Fresh Degree Students Acceptance Fee Payment, Screening and Registration Guidelines for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

The management of the Niger State College of Education (COE), Minna in Affiliation with Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) has released the Acceptance Fee Payment, Screening and Registration guidelines for all newly admitted students for 2020/2021 academic session.

COE-MINNA (in Affiliation with UDUS) Degree Acceptance Fee Payment, Screening and Registration Guidelines 2020/2021 [Freshmen]

This is to inform 2020/2021 UDU, Sokoto Fresh Students that the Screening of their credentials are scheduled as follows.

Screening: Wednesday, 7th-Friday, 9 July, 2021.

Students are to come along with the following:
1. Evidence of payment of School fees
2. Original Credentials
a. Primary and Secondary certificates
b. NCE certificate;
c. Indigene letter;
d. Birth certificate/Declaration of age.

  1. All RRR e-invoice for any payment by the students must be generated through COE, Mina undergraduate portal at https://coe.udusok.edu.ng/. RRR e-invoice generated outside the portal would not be recognize and the students would be responsible for lost payment and non-sessional registration.
  2. Make payment to the bank and verify this payment online through our portal using the following steps
  3. Go to the portal at https://coe.udusok.edu.ng/
  4. Click Check Admission and type your -JAMB/DE number in the space provided and click print your admission slip
  5. Move to the bank and pay acceptance fees of seven thousand naira (N7000) in CD DUAP Account Number 0304002393
  6. Go back to the portal and create personal profile
  7. Go to the confirmation officer (Director UDU Sokoto) for confirmation and Printing of Admission letter
  8. Go back to the portal and generate RRR (RRR generated outside the portal shall not be recognized
  9. Pay your school fees into the College Revenue account with RRR teller
  10. Go back to the portal and verify Remita payment
  11. Register your courses
  12. Finally, print out one (1) copy

NB: Closing date for the collection of admission letter and payment registration fees is 30 June, 2021.
