The Directorate of Consultancy Service, Yobe State University has released and published the Diploma Academic Calendar Schedule for the 2020/2021 academic session.

FIRST SEMESTER

  • Commencement and Registration of New Student: Mon. 261 April. 2021 to Fri, 14th May 2021 (3 weeks)
  • Registration of Returning students: Tue. 25th May 2021 to Fri, 30 June 2021
  • Academic Board meets and Approves Lecture time- table: Mon. 7th June 2021 Mon. 7th June 2021 (1 Day)
  • Commencement and termination of Lectures: Mon. 14th June 2021 to Fri. 27th Aug. 2021 (10 weeks)
  • Revision/ Final C.A Test: Mon. 30th Aug. 2021 to Sat. 4th Sept. 2021 (1 week)
  • First semester Examination: Mon. 6th Aug.2021 to Sat. 18th Aug. 2021 (2 weeks)
  • First semester Break: Sat. 18th Sept. 2021 to Sat. 25th Sept 2021 (1 week)

SECOND SEMESTER

  • Commencement and termination of Lectures: Mon. 27th Sept.2021 to Sat. 18th Dec. 2021 (10 weeks)
  • Revision/ Final C.A Test: Mon. 20th Dec. 2021 to Sat. 1st Jan.2022 (10 Days)
  • Second Semester Examination: Mon. 3 Jan 2022 to Sat. 15th Jan 2022 (2 weeks)

  • Submission of results, Projects reports, Academic Board Meeting for consideration of results: Sat. 15th Jan 2022 to Tuesday 25th Jan 2022 (10 days)
  • Submission of corrected results and final computation: Friday 11th Feb. 2022
