Borno State College of Health Technology (CHT) Maiduguri Diploma and Certificate Admission Form, Courses, Requirements, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2021/2022 Academic Session.
This is to inform the general public that the sales of admission forms into the Borno State College of Health Technology, Maiduguri (CHT Maiduguri) has commenced.
Sales of admission form commences on Monday 7th. June, 2021.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Prospective candidates are hereby informed that they can obtain their respective forms on payment of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) non-refundable fee to the college account at Eco Bank Plc.
DEADLINE:
All completed forms should be returned to the college on or before the stipulated deadline.
The Forms are limited in number and will be sold on the basis of first come, first serve. For requirements of various courses, see the college notice board.
Candidates without the necessary requirements need not to apply please.
