LASU Approves Night Reading, Provides Electricity on Campus

Lagos State University (LASU) Management Approves Night Reading on Campus, Makes Provision  for Electricity for all Students Participating in the Night Reading Classes.

Following a request from the Acting Dean, Students Affairs Division, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oyedamola Oke, has approved and directed that whenever there is power supply from the Eko Distribution Company, electricity should be provided across all Faculties/Schools on the main campus between 7:00pm and 6:00am, throughout the duration of the 2019/2020 Rain Semester Examinations.

This gesture is in a bid to ensure that students who come for night reading during the period of the examinations do so in a conducive atmosphere.

Recall that the University management, last Friday, announced its approval for night reading on the main campus during the examinations while reiterating the restriction of students' movement in and out of the campus to between 6:30pm and 6:30am daily.
