Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) Senior Secondary School Scholarship Scheme (NESS) Application Form, Objectives, Eligibility, Scholarship Scope, Application Guidelines, Exam Date, Time, Venue and Deadline for 2020/2021 Academic Session.
The Nigerian Tulip International Colleges will be commencing a scholarship scheme for senior secondary class students. The scholarship scheme is scheduled to cover the secondary education of qualified students, and the entry point is SS1 up until SS3. The scholarship will cover the tuition fee and/or hostel fee depending on the performance of such awarded students during the qualifying examination.
The Aims and Objective of the Scholarship Scheme
The scholarship scheme is for Senior Secondary students, it has been put together to:
- Contribute to the educational development of our society and country
- Help strengthen the accomplishment of gifted students’ dreams.
- Ensure the realisation of the social responsibility of NTIC
- Represent the school and country in national and international competitions
Eligible Students for the Scholarship
The eligible students for this scholarship scheme are the students who are currently in Junior Secondary School three in various schools (both private and public schools in Nigeria) and are prospective students for Senior Secondary School One (SS1). These sets of students must have participated in the organised examinations by NTIC. The selection of students for the awarding of the scholarship will be based on the scholarship examination results.

Scholarship Exam Procedure
The scholarship examination is for JS3 students who are prospective students for SS1 at NTIC will be organised and conducted by the Nigerian Tulip International Colleges’ examination body. The examination dates are below.The scholarship examination will take place in two stages. It will entail the following stages; general stage and qualifying stage. According to the results of the assessments of the examination, only the successful students will be awarded and be a beneficiary of the scholarship scheme.
The Announcement Mode
NTIC has the sole right to announce as regards the examination and the dates that have been scheduled. The mode of announcement for the scholarship scheme will be through social media or other proper means of communication.Scholarship Scope
The scholarship is meant for students in JSS3 in any state of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; prospective SS1 students. The expected age bracket for qualifying students is between the age of 13 years and 14 years. The students will have to provide their birth certificate and school identification documents from their schools to prove their ages and identities.Exam card fee will be 1000 Naira
Date
- First round will be on July 24th.
- Second round: Day of arrival is 23th of August
- Day of departure is 27th of August
Rounds
The questions of the first round of the exam will be in Mathematics, English, aptitude, and Basic Science.
The students with the highest scores will pass to the second round.
They will be gathered in Abuja and taught classes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for three days. On the last day, students will take an exam in all subjects and pass an interview.
