This is to inform interested candidates and the general public of the sales of admission form into Akwa Ibom School of Health Technology, Etinan for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

1. Community Health Extension Works (CHEW) – 3 Years.
2. Junior Community Health Extension Works (JCHEW) – 2 Years.
3. Environmental Health Technicians (EVT) – 3 Years.
4. National Diploma (ND), Environmental Health Technology – 2 Years.
5. Higher National Diploma (HND), Environmental Health Technology – 2 Years
6. Professional Diploma (PD), Health Information Management – 3 Years
7. Higher National Diploma (HND), Public Health Nursing – 2 Years
8. Medical Laboratory Technicians – 3 Years
9. Pharmacy Technicians – 3 Years

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates MUST have Five (5) Credits is subjects listed below, obtained in any of WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB at once or in not more than 2 sittings. The Subjects;

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics

Sales of Forms/Application Form commences on Monday 15th August, 2022.

Time: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm Daily Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays

ENTRANCE/ADMISSION FORM FEES:

  • Non-refundable registration fee of N13,000 only.


METHOD OF APPLICATION

Entrance/Admission Forms of Akwa Ibom School of Health Form 2022/2023 are available at the following Locations;
1. State Ministry of Health, Block 8 and Room 567 ( Ground Floor) Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.
2. Admin Department, College of Health Technology, Etinan, Opposite Etinan General Hospital.

  • VENUE: Aka Community High School, Uyo.
  • TIME: 9:00 am

PLEASE NOTE: Only Candidates with above stated qualifications are eligible to apply. Candidates for HND in Public Health Nursing MUST have obtained in addition to the above sujects, Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Nurse/Midwife or Barchelor of Nursing Science (BNS, BSc. NS) with current practicing licence.
