Criteria for Male Hostel Allocation
I write to suggest the following criteria to be used in hostel allocation to male students. There are 128 rooms in Block A and 128 rooms in Block B in the new male hostel. Giving a total number of 256 rooms .At the rate of six students per room, the spread and distribution is as follows:BLOCK A: 768 BED SPACES
Non indigene Students: 10% = 77 bed spaces100 Level students: 30% = 230 bed spaces
400 Level students: 30% = 230 bed spaces
200 Level students: 20% = 154 bed spaces Reserve :
This will serve as reserve for emergency cases and other considerations.10% = 77 bed spaces > Total: 768 bed spaces.
BLOCK B: 768 BED SPACES
- Non indigene Students: 10% = 77 bed spaces
- 100 Level students: 30% = 230 bed spaces
- 400 Level students: 30% = 230 bed spaces
- 200 Level students: 20% = 154 bed spaces
