Rivers State Ministry of Education is Set to Issue Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) Certificates to Out-gone Junior Secondary School Three (JSS3) Students.
The Rivers State Ministry of Education says plans are underway to issue Certificates to Candidates who sat for the July 2021, Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) .
State Commissioner for Education, Professor Kaniye Ebeku, made this disclosure in a chat with Newsmen in his office on Wednesday 24th November 2021.
The Education Commissioner explained that "this will be the first time BECE Certificate will be issued shortly after the publication of results".
He also noted that the development is fundamental and in line with the current National Policy on Education.
Speaking further, Professor Ebeku assured that the date of the planned launch of the Certificate will be made public as soon as arrangements are concluded.
