All Graduating Students are hereby informed that collection of student copy of Academic Transcript is now compulsory at the rate of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only.
A. FOR KWARA STATE POLYTECHNIC NATIONAL DIPLOMA GRADUATES
Apply for the academic transcript of your ND programme and send to the school academic office for admission to be processed.

B. FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA GRADUATES OF OTHER POLYTECHNICS
After completion of registration download the academic record request form, Complete and send to your respective schools to process academic transcript.
