Federal Medical (FMC) Ebute Metta Lagos Diploma in Anaesthesia Admission Form, Admission Requirements, Duration, Application Guidelines and Deadline for the 2021/2022 Academic Session.

The Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta is desirous of recruiting professional committed Anaesthesia trainees (Diploma in Anaesthesia) for the 2021/2022 academic session.


FMC EBUTE-METTA ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS INTO DIPLOMA IN ANAESTHESIA PROGRAMME

  • Candidate for Diploma in Anaesthesia must be fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Candidate should possess current practicing licence throughout the period of training.
  • Candidate should possess NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
  • Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.


DURATION

  • The training is for (two) academic years (18 months)


METHOD OF APPLICATION

Application form is obtainable from the Office of the Head of Research, Education and Training (RET). Federal Medical Centre, Ebute Metta, Lagos, on submission of receipt for Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) only paid into hospital remita account as follows;

  • Proceed to payment accordingly using any of the available channels (as shown on the template)
  • Or visit any commercial bank with the RRR to make payment

INTERVIEW SCHEDULE

Only successful candidates will be shortlisted for interview on Tuesday, 15 March 2022.

DEADLINE

Completed application form should be submitted within six (6) weeks from the date of publication.
