YABATECH Part-Time Registration Guidelines 2022/2023
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) Part-Time (PT) Registration Guidelines and Procedures for all Fresh/Newly Admitted ND & HND Students for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

The management of the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has released the registration guidelines for all fresh/newly admitted part-time ND & HND students for the 2022/2023 academic session.

YABATECH Part-Time Registration Guidelines 2022/2023

All candidates recently offered PROVISIONAL admission on the Part Time programs in the college are hereby reminded that the registration process has been modified to allow all ND 1 and HND 1 candidates conclude the online registration process to enable them pay school fees, generate matriculation number and print their examination dockets.

Candidates with Provisional Admission are to follow the procedure highlighted below:

Step 1: Pay the acceptance fee.
Step 2: Upload and submit the required documents on the applicant’s portal on https//portal.yabatech.edu.ng/portal/

The required documents are:
i. ‘O’ Level Results
ii. Last school attended testimonial
iii. Birth certificate
iv. SSCE verification slip
v. Transcript receipt
vi. IT letter
vii. ND result
viii. Acceptance receipt
Step 3: After the document upload, candidates are to click “submit for screening”.
Step 4: Proceed for physical screening
Step 5: Click on payment of school fee and pay fee accordingly (https://portal.yabatech.edu.ng/payment/). NB: Your user id is your application YCT number.
Step 6: Generate matriculation number on the applicant’s portal.
Step 7: Re-login to the “student’s portal: to register your courses
Step 8: Print Examination Docket
Step 8: Continue with other registration process

All candidates are to complete the above process ONLINE on or before the stipulated deadline. Physical screening will be conducted at a later date. 

Candidates are however to take responsibility for the documents they are uploading. 

The provisional admission will be forfeited if and when the information uploaded is discovered not genuine or valid.

NOTE:
All newly admitted Part Time candidates are hereby informed that registration for the 2022/2023 academic session will commence on September 5, 2022 for the week-day students and September 9, 2022 for the weekend students. Please note that lecture commences immediately on resumption.

The First Semester Examination will come up between 3rd – 10th December, 2022.

To ensure that all admitted candidates conclude their registration before closing date.

Please note that: Payment of school fees, screening, registration and appropriate attendance of lecture are paramount to your bonafide studentship in the College.
