Lagos State University (LASU) Approval for the Commencement of 2021/2022 Promotion Exercise for Non-academic Staff Members.
The Vice-Chancellor has approved the commencement of 2021/2022 Assessment Exercise in respect of Non-Academic (Senior and Junior) members of staff.To this effect, there is need to make Integrated Staff Performance Appraisal Development Management Systems [iSPADEMS) Portal accessible to staff in line with the approved time table below:
(i.) Completion of SPADEV forms by staff members: Monday, 13th June 2022 to Friday, 24th June 2022
(ii.) Processing of duly completed SPADEV forms by Heads of Departments: Monday, 27th June, 2022 to Thursday, 7th July 2022.
(iii.) Submission of processed SPADEV forms to the Division: Friday, 8th July 2022
In view of the above, members of staff are expected to commence processing of the iSPADEMS Forms via the designated University website [portal] with effect from Monday, 13th June, 2022.
Members of staff are to NOTE that duly processed and completed SPADEV Forms are expected to be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Non-Academic Staff Division on or before close of work on Friday, 8th July, 2022.
