The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), Bauchi State has announced the commencement of the sales of Post-UTME admission forms for the 2022/2023 academic session.
RECOMMENDED: FUHSA Receives NUC Approval for 6 New Courses.
AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES
1. MBBS - Medicine & Surgery2. BDS - Dentistry and Dental Surgery
3. B.NSc - Bachelor of Nursing Science.
4. B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics.
5. B.Rad - Bachelor of Radiography.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who scored 160 and above
in the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Examination and who have
chosen Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) as their First Choice in their application
for admission into the University for the 2022/2023 academic session.
CUT-OFF MARKS
1. MBBS Medicine and Surgery – 200 points and above.
2. BDS Dentistry – 200 points and above.
3. B.Sc Nursing Sciences – 160 points and above.
4. B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics – 160 points and above.
5. B.Sc Radiography – 160 points and above.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with atleast Five (5) “O” level (SSCE) Credits in Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology as well as relevant subject combinations in UTME for 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Sessions may wish to effect the appropriate Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal.METHOD OF APPLICATION
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare wishes to inform all 2022 Candidates for Post UTME Test and Screening exercise to kindly make payment of N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only to our remita profile as follows:
1. Log into www.remita.net
2. Search for Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare
3. Find Name of Service “Examination Fees”
4. Fill-in the details to include candidate name, phone number and email as registered for the 2022 UTME.
5. Use any random number for the GIFMIS code.
6. Make payment and print the RRR receipt or Generate invoice and pay at any bank.
All candidates should ensure to come along with the RRR receipt as evidence of payment to the venue.

- Date: 31st October - 3rd November, 2022.
- Time: 8:00am
- Venue: Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare.
All affected candidates are to endeavor to do the following tasks unfailingly before the exercise:
1.Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS or their admission will not be processed.
2. Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.
3. Bring originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise.
4. Bring one (1) passport photograph.
5. Writing materials.
6. Bring scratch cards of the O’level examination they are submitting.
