Federal University of Health Science Otukpo (FUHSO) Acceptance Fee Payment Guidelines and Procedures for all Fresh/Newly Admitted Students for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

This is to inform all candidates who has been offered provisional admission into the various undergraduate degree programmes of the Federal University of Health Science Otukpo (FUHSO) that they can now proceed to make the payment of their acceptance fee online for the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic session.

FUHSO Acceptance Fee Payment Guidelines 2022/2023 | Newly Admitted Students

Kindly follow the outlined guidelines below to proceed with the payment of your acceptance fee online via the REMITA Platform:

  • Go to: www.remita.net
  • Click on: FGN- Federal Government of Nigeria
  • Next page: Fill the necessary information as shown below:
  • Who do you want to pay? Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo
  • Name of Service / Purpose: Select Student Charges
  • Description: e.g. Acceptance or Students Charges
  • Amount to Pay:
  • Payer’s Name:
  • Phone Number:
  • Email address:
  • Check the box: □ I am not a robot
  • Click submit
  • Using the generated RRR Number, proceed to pay for your student charges (Acceptance or Students Charges) either with your DEBIT card, Go to a commercial bank branch or internet banking platform.
  • Print your payment receipt to upload and to present to the Bursary department.

  • Click on: Prospective Students on the Top right side
  • On the Create Account Page, Enter the information below
  • Enter your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER
  • Enter your SURNAME
  • Enter your FIRST NAME
  • Click on Submit button
  • Fill the form with your correct details (YOUR EMAIL MUST BE VALID)
  • Click on Next to fill your Academic information
  • Click on Next to upload proof of payment
  • Click on chose file to upload your receipt/proof of payment of your Acceptance charges or Other charges
  • Click on choose file to upload your Parent/Guidance consent form
  • Click on the box □ to agree to the terms and condition
  • Click on Finish to submit your acceptance/clearance entries
  • YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WHEN CLEARED CONTAINING YOUR LOGIN DETAILS FOR REGISTRATION
  • Proceeds to REGISTER after getting your LOGIN details and PAYMENT of Other Charges.

NOTE:
You can only PROCEED to Accept your admission as outlined above:
  • AFTER PAYING YOUR ACCPTANCE CHARGES (₦20,000) and PRINTED YOUR ADMISSION LETTER FROM JAMB CAPs
  • YOU MUST ALSO HAVE YOUR SCANED COPY OF YOUR ENDORSED PARENT/GUIDANCE CONSENT FORM AND VALID NIN
