NOFIC Post Basic Oncology Nursing Admission Form 2022/2023

 National Obstetric Fistula Centre (NOFIC), Abakaliki Post-Basic Oncology Nursing Admission Form, Courses, Duration, Admission Requirements, Application Guidelines and Deadline for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for the year 2022/2023 admission into Post Basic Oncology Nursing. 


The form shall be on sale from 10th December, 2022..

The National Obstetric Fistula Centre (NOFIC) located in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State is the first National Fistula Centre in Nigeria. It is a National Reference Centre for the management of obstetric fistula with a mandate to provide free treatment, training of personnel, rehabilitation, research and prevention of obstetric fistula and also a national reference centre for oncology. Apart from these initial mandates, the Centre now provides services in Dialysis, In vitro Fertilization, maternity services and an accredited School for Post Basic Oncology Nursing.

COURSE DURATION:

  • Twelve (12) Calendar months.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Interested candidates must:
  • Be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN);
  • Have current practicing license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria;
  • Possess O’ Level GCE, WASC, NECO equivalent in at least five (5) subject pass at credit level (not more than two (2) sittings) to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or NABTEB (equivalent five (5) credits in one (1) sitting)

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

  • Interested candidates should collect application forms from the School of post Basic Nursing of NOFIC on payment of non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Naira (N15,200.00) only inclusive of the Ebonyi State Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee made through Remita in favour of National Obstetric Fistula Centre (NOFIC) Abakaliki (Training Services);
  • Completed application form should be returned to the school of Post Basic Nursing NOFIC.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE:

The date for the entrance Examination shall be on 20th January, 2023. Candidates whose application m requirements shall be contacted through their mobile phone numbers.
