3 Easy Steps by Step on How to Retrieve or Recover Your Lost or Misplaced Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) e-PINS after Payment for UTME and Direct Entry Candidates [JAMB Self Help on e-PINS].
This is to inform all candidates who has made payment/purchase their JAMB UTME/DE Pins but are yet to get it delivered to them via text messages are hereby advised to follow any of the steps below:

3 Easy Ways on How to Retrieve or Recover Your Lost JAMB E-PIN.
Step 1
Candidates who have made payments for their ePINS and are yet to get
them should kindly visit the nearest JAMB Office or any of our JAMB CBT Centres and lodge a formal complaint.
OR
Step 2
- Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/CandPay/InitPay
- Click on the Retrieve PIN Option in the page displayed
- Input your JAMB Code/REG Number in the box
- Click on GET UTME Pin for UTME Students and
- GET DE Pin for Direct Entry Students!!!
Step 3
- If ePIN is not received or lost, send [UTMEPIN] or [DEPIN] to 55019 OR 66019 for UTME or DE respectively from the registered cell phone number
- The ePIN would then be retrieved and delivered on the candidate’s registered cell phone number

ReplyDeleteFor now i can confirm you can only retrieve your JAMB Pin from the outlet you made the purchase or from JAMB CBT Centers or JAMB Offices near you as online and sms retrieval is yet to be enabled.
DeleteIf I mistakenly purchase e-pin for UTME instead of Direct entry E-pin, can I still purchase Direct entry E-pin to continue the registration?
ReplyDeleteThere is no need to panic. Kindly visit any JAMB Office near you or an Accredited CBT center and ask them to convert your UTME pin to DE PIN. This service is free of charge.
