The National Examination Council NECO has released the official examination time-table for the upcoming Basic Education Certification Examination (BECE) / Junior WAEC examinations for Federal Unity Colleges, 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the time-table released by the National Examination Council, NECO the examination for the Basic Education Certification Examination (BECE) is scheduled to commence from 12th May and end on 23rd May, 2025.

- Where the time on the question paper differs from the time on this timetable, the time on the question paper should be strictly adhered to.
- Practical in Business Studies as well as Basic Science & Technology (BST) should be in sets where the number of candidates is large and the equipment cannot go However, the practical examination should not exceed 5.00pm. Computers can be used for Business Studies.
- Albinos and Blind Candidates are to be given 30mins extra time in all
- Blind Candidates must make use of NECO-supplied OBR Customised Braille Sheet for the
- BRINGING INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION GADGETS (PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS, MOBILE PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS, SMART WRIST WATCHES/GLASSESS/PENS ETC) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
