WAEC Amends 2018 WASSCE for School Candidates Examination Time-Table

The West African Examination Council, WAEC Slightly Modifies Some Examination Schedule in the 2018 WASSCE for School Candidates Examination Time-Table.

This is to inform all students who will be sitting for the 2018 West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination that some slight adjustment has been made to recently released time-table.

The Adjustment was made after much pressure from the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) on the clash of Chemistry examination slated for 2pm to 5pm on Friday, April 20, 2018 with the Friday Juma’at prayer.

The West African Examination Council, Director of Public Affairs, WAEC Nigeria, Mr Demianus Ojijeogu earlier confirmed the slight amendment on Saturday when the Board released a notification memo based on some slight adjustment made to the time-table.

According to the earlier released memo, the affected adjusted examinations where the Religious and Chemistry Examination scheduled to earlier hold on Friday 20th April, 2018 has now been moved to Tuesday 10th April, 2018.

While 

Physics Objectives and Theory, Geography 3 Practicals, Ceramics and Forestry were moved to Friday 20th April, 2018 instead of Tuesday 10th April, 2018.

The International Examinations Department [IED] has informed the National Office on the revision made to the Final Time-Table for WASSCE for School Candidates 2018. The Old and New Dates for the subject involved are as shown in the time-table below:
