Adamawa State University (ADSU) Mubi Tuition / School Fees / Students Registration Charges for Fresh and Returning Students for 2019/2020 Academic Session [Download in PDF].

Authorities of the Adamawa State University, Mubi has released the schedule of fees / students registration charges for the 2019/2020 academic session.

All newly admitted students are to proceed with the payment of fees schedule and registration process as outlined below:

As registration commences for the 2019/2020 academic session you are advised to strictly adhere to the following please:

1. Registration Fees

A. Nigerian Students

a. New Students
i. Indigene: N35,200
ii. Other States: N55,200

b. Returning Students
i. Indigene: N27,000
ii. Other States: N47,000

B. Foreign Students

i. New Students: N65,200

ii. Returning Students: N57,000

2. Bed Space and Hostel Maintenance Fee:

Bed Space and Hostel Maintenance fee is N15,000 only, and is payable through the University portal via strictly on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.

3. Other Fees

  • Screening Fee: N2,500
  • Change of University Fees: N15,000
  • Change of Course of Study: N10,000
  • Academic Gown: N500 (New Students Only).


4. Faculty and Department Fee

i. Laboratory Fee: N1,000 (Faculty of Science and Agriculture only)
ii. Teaching Practice Fee: N2,500 (100 - 300 Level Students of Faculty of Education)
iii. Field Course Fee: N5,000 (Geology, Geography, Botany and Zoology Students)
iv. SIWES Fee: N2,500 (300 Level Faculty of Science & 400 Level Faculty of Agriculture Students)
v. Faculty Charges: N1,000 (All Students)
vi. Departmental Charges: N500 (All Students)
vii. Lab Test Charges: N700 (For new Students only UTME and Direct Entry)

5. Item 1 & 2 above is also payable into the University UBA Account Number: 10031884720 via University portal.

6. Item 3 & 4 above are to paid into the University Dedicated First Bank Account Number: 2009708822. You are also advised to collect Bank Teller for any payment made in this respect, which will be converted to Official Receipt on presentation of the Teller to the Faculty Accountant.

7.  Student Union Government (SUG) Dues are paid directly into SUG Account via University Portal. SUG to also take note.

8. Registration after TWO WEEKS from commencement of University Portal Registration is considered as LATE REGISTRATION and attract a fee of N10,000 only.

9. Students are strongly warned not to trade any CASH TRANSACTION with any University Staff. Doing so, is at the Students own RISK.

10. All Matters pertaining students registration including signing of white forms, conversion of bank tellers e.t.c are to handled at the Faculty Level by the Faculty Accountants. Every Faculty has an Accountant and at such, Students have no business in the Senate Building as regards registration anymore.
