Bayero University, Kano (BUK) Merit / First (1st), Second (2nd) & Supplementary Batch 1 & 2 List of Candidates Offered Provisional Admission for 2021/2022 Academic Session Uploaded Online | How to Check BUK Admission List 2021/2022.

The management of the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has released the admission list that contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into its various undergraduate programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Candidates that participated in the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) Post UTME Screening exercise can now check their admission status online.


Steps to Check Bayero University Kano (BUK) Admission List 2021/2022 | Merit & Supplementary Batch

Currently, the Admission List has been made available on the school notice board.

Candidates should proceed to check their names if they have been admitted. 

OR

  1. Kindly log on to BUK Admission portal via http://mybuk.buk.edu.ng/myBUKAdmission/.
  2. Enter Your JAMB Registration Number in the required column.
  3. Select your state of origin and your Gender.
  4. Finally, click on ‘Generate Admission Letter’ to see if you have been admitted into BUK.

All Prospective BUK candidates can access their admission status online only via the JAMB CAPS admission status checking portal.

Please Kindly Follow the procedure outlined below:
  • Log on to https://jamb.gov.ng/Efacility.
  • Enter to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
  • Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
  • Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
  • Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your BUK admission status.

Successfully admitted are required to either: Accept or Reject Admission Offer via the JAMB CAPS Portal. 

Note:
  1. Successfully admitted candidates should login to the JAMB website, click on CAPS to check their admission status, and click on accept/reject button to either accept or reject the offer and proceed to print the JAMB Admission Letter and BUK Admission Letter.

If you have not already uploaded your results, TO UPLOAD THE RESULTS;
Visit Jamb website to print your admission letter - this may take a while because the University has to propose and recommend candidates to jamb.
Only JAMB approved candidates would be able to accept and print the JAMB Admission Letter.

Candidates are therefore expected to keep trying the jamb site till they print their letters. While trying the following would be seen on the jamb portal:-

a. “Not admitted”
b. “Admission in progress or admission is being processed”, and
c. “Admitted” if you are given admission

Only candidates in "c" above can accept and print JAMB Admission Letter.
Candidates that print their admission letters should liaise with their level coordinators in the department where admission is granted for the correct courses to be taken and commence lectures as from 22nd November, 2021

Candidates should continue checking the BUK portal at “www.mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/myScreening/” to do the online screening from Monday, 29th November, 2021 to get their registration number.

Proceed to www.mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/ug/ to register with the University by making central payment and register your courses online. Print all the relevant printout and submit to your level coordinator for departmental documentation.
