This
is to inform all interested candidates that sales of application forms
into the BASIC MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME for the 2022/2023 session starts from Monday 15th to Saturday 27th August, 2022 at a cost of N5,000.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates MUST fulfill the following criteria:
1. Five Credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry (WAEC OR NECO) at not more than 2 sittings.
2.Candidates must be within the age limits of 17 - 35 years old (Females Only)
3.Candidates must be physically and mentally fit

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Forms can be obtained and filled online (can also be obtained in the College Cafe):- Payment for the form is to be made through REMITA platform by generating RRR code from College website @www.conmgombe.com
- Completed application form (Browsed copy) must be returned along with photocopies of all credentials on or before 27th August, 2022.
- Candidates must present evidence of payment e-payment)
- Candidates without the stipulated entry requirement NEED NOT to apply.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. CASH PAYMENT IS NOT ALLOWED!
2. NO COMPLETED FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE (27TH AUGUST, 2022).
