DELSU Nursery / Primary School Admission Forms 2019/2020

Delta State University (DELSU) Nursery and Primary Schools Admission Forms, Cost, Collection and Submission of Application Forms, Deadline and Closing Date for 2019/2020 Academic Session.

This is to inform all staffs, members of the University Community and the general public that the admission into Nursery/Primary for the 2019/2020 Academic Session has commenced.

Application forms can be obtained in the school upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) at Unity Bank account Number 412101001066.

Collection, Completion and Submission of Forms.

1. Kindly submit the Teller to the Secretary in the Headmistress Office and collect the form immediately
2. Completed forms should be accompanied with Photostat copies of Birth Certificates, Immunization Cards and Bank Teller.
3. All completed forms should reach the school on or before July 8th, 2019.

Criteria for Admission into Nursery 1 (One)

  • The child must be at-least 2 years by September, 2019
  • The Original birth certificate must be shown at the point of interview
  • The child should be able to excel in the oral interview
  • The child must have completed all the basic immunization process.
